Here is a recipe that I have been enjoying lately. It is another anti-parasitic recipe; and unlike some of my other anti-parasitic recipes, this one is actually quite tasty. The only ingredient that you may not like is the papaya seeds. They have a strong peppery taste, which when eaten alone is not a pleasant taste at all. But their strong flavor is easily masked with the yogurt and protein powder in this smoothie.
Although both the fruit and the seeds are helpful for fighting parasites, the seeds are said to be very helpful in expelling a variety of intestinal parasites. One of the reasons they are so helpful is because they contain an enzyme that attacks the invaders and forces them to leave the body.
You can use just about any protein powder that you have on hand. But you have to be careful because many powders are made from whey, and can cause digestive problems for some. Other protein powders may contain unnatural sweeteners or other unnatural ingredients that might not agree with your body. The bottom line is to always read the labels and go for something as natural as possible.
1/4 cup Fresh Papaya Seeds
1 Cup Diced Papaya (Fresh)
1 Cup Almond Yogurt
1 Scoop Protein Powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and enjoy.
And to make the smoothie even more beneficial, you can add some fresh pineapple or some soaked pumpkin seeds.
