This is a delicious and very filling fruit smoothie. It gives you a lot of energy in the morning, and keeps you going strong for several hours. The recipe calls for only 1 scoop of protein powder, but you can always add in more if desired.
The avocado gives it a nice texture, the banana and apple are naturally sweet, and the orange, ginger and protein powder add a super flavor that you will want to have every morning for breakfast!
The smoothie is on the thick side, so feel free to add in some almond milk to reach a desired consistency.
1 Orange, juiced
1/2 to 1″ Ginger
2 tbsp. Transform, Natural Vanilla, Protein Powder (Any protein powder with a vanilla flavor should taste just as great.)
Optional: Almond Milk
Prepare the ingredients and blend well in a blender. If using a magic bullet, use the large cup as it will fit better.
