This Blue Coconut Avocado Smoothie is sure to be a hit amongst the raw foodists as well as those on the conventional diet. The coconut flavor blends well with the natural sweetness of the blueberries and strawberries.
It is a great smoothie to enjoy for breakfast or as a pick-me-up after lunch. Just try to consume it as fresh as possible, as the avocado will turn the smoothie brown after a while.
1/2 cup Coconut flesh, (about 1/4 coconut)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Strawberries
3/4 cup Water (You can use coconut water, or just plain water)
Blend all ingredients in a blender or in your magic bullet and enjoy!
