This cinnamon and vanilla, almond nut milk is sure to warm all those hearts who take the time to enjoy it. You can drink the nut milk as it is, or use it in other raw recipes to add more flavor to them, especially in desserts.
For those who do not like agave nectar, you can add a different sweetener of your choice, or go without a sweetener altogether if desired.
The recipe makes about 2 cups of delicious almond nut milk.
Nut Milk Recipe
1/2 cup Almonds
2 Cups Water
1 tbsp. Agave Nectar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Soak the almonds in about 1 cup of water for about 8 hours. Drain the water and place in a blender. Add 2 cups of water and blend until almonds are broken down.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend once more. Enjoy!
