Not only is this smoothie tasty, but it is also very filling due to the healthy fats in the coconut and avocado. If you don’t like the plain taste of avocado then this is the perfect smoothie, as the rest of the ingredients help to naturally sweeten and add flavor.

1/2 – 1 Avocado
1/2 cup Pineapple
1/2 cup Mango
3/4 cup Water or Almond Milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender, or if using a magic bullet, the ingredients will fit into the regular cup.
