If you have a sweet tooth, you might want to add a natural sweetener such as agave, stevia or honey. Just don’t add refined sugar or any other unnatural sweetener because that diminishes the benefits of the tea.
1 tsp. Ginger, freshly grated
1 tsp. Lemon Balm, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
2 cups Hot Water
Put dry ingredients into a tea ball and allow to steep in hot water for about 10 minutes.
