This mango and strawberry milkshake is quick and easy to make and only calls for a few simple ingredients. The only time consuming part is to make the nut milk, but you can make the milk in large quantities and store it in the fridge for a few days.
Due to the sweetness of the fruits, the milkshake tastes great without adding an additional sweetener.
When choosing your strawberries, try to choose organic because conventionally grown strawberries are treated with high amounts of pesticides that are easily ingested. Also, try to buy local if possible as they are generally fresher and tastier.
1/2 cup Mango (about 1/3 of a mango)
2 Medium-sized Strawberries
1 cup Almond Nut Milk (How To Make Almond Milk)
Make the nut milk as instructed.
Peel the mango and core the strawberries and blend all ingredients in a blender.
Enjoy the milkshake as a snack or serve it as a dessert drink.
