This is a great pineapple and pear juice with the natural sweetness of a banana and a hint of fresh ginger. The juice makes for a great snack as it is high in essential nutrients, but at the same time it is also great when served with a meal.
This is one of my favorite juice recipes.
The recipe makes about 4 cups of freshly squeezed juice, and is best when consumed immediately. Not only does it taste better when fresh, but it also contains more nutrients.
1/2 inch Ginger
Peel the ginger, banana and pineapple. Cut the pineapple into pieces that will fit into the mouth of the juicer. Core the pears and cut into pieces that will fit into the juicer. Put all ingredients through a juicer and enjoy.
