This is a nutritious milkshake made with pomegranate juice, mango and acai. The ingredients go well together and can help to satisfy hunger and increase energy levels naturally. Due to the sweetness of the milkshake, it can also be served as a dessert drink.
Acai and kapikachu powders can be purchased at most health food stores as well as online. Kapikachu is also known as mucuna, and is said to be a nerve tonic and can help to increase the overall energy levels of the mind and body. Acai is known for its ability to help in natural weight loss, which is primarily due to its ability to eliminate harmful buildup in the digestive tract.
1 cup Almond Nut Milk (How To Make Almond Milk)
1/4 cup Pomegranate Juice (about 1/2 pomegranate)
1/2 cup Mango
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Acai Powder
1 tsp. Kapikachu (Mucuna)
1/2 to 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil (I like to add coconut oil to just about all my milk drinks because it supplies me with healthy fats and gives me plenty of energy.)
Make the nut milk according to instructions. You can make the milk in large quantities and store it in the fridge for several days.
Juice the pomegranate seeds to make enough juice to equal 1/4 cup. Peel and cut the mango in order to measure 1/2 cup.
Measure all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
