This raw chocolate with coconuts and peanuts is for all those chocolate lovers who just can’t seem to get by without chocolate. The ingredients are all natural, and thus you can enjoy this treat without having to feel guilty.
The chocolate is great when served with fresh fruits, such as pineapple, banana, strawberry, as well as with nuts such as walnuts and almonds. Serve it as a dessert with fruit, or as a healthy and filling snack when served nuts.
The recipe says to use half a vanilla bean, however, you can use any type of vanilla, including vanilla powder or liquid vanilla extract. The only form to stay away from is the artificial version of it.
1/2 cup Peanuts
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
5 tbsp. Raw Cacao
2 tbsp. Raw Agave Nectar, or sweetener of choice
5 tbsp. Coconut Water, or just Regular Water
1/2 Vanilla Bean
Grind the peanuts and coconut flakes in a blender or in the magic bullet. Then add in the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
