A recipe for a tasty drink made with strawberry and mango juice, nut milk and acai. It is a sweet raw food drink that you can enjoy at any time of the day for a lasting wave of energy. Due to the natural sweetness of the drink it can also be served as a dessert drink. You can use any sweetener that you like. I prefer to use honey because of its nutritional value.
It takes a bit of work to make the nut milk and fresh juices. To save yourself some time, you can make the nut milk and juices in larger batches and keep them in the fridge for a day or so. For maximum nutrition, however, it is best to make the juices just prior to consumption.
1 cup Almond Nut Milk (How to Make Nut Milk)
1/4 cup Strawberry Juice
1/4 cup Mango Juice
1 tbsp. Acai
Sweetener of choice, to taste
Make the almond milk as instructed. Next, run the strawberries and mango through a juicer in order to obtain the juice.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds. You don’t need to blend them too long, just long enough for the ingredients to mix well.
