Here is a tasty strawberry, mango and acai milkshake that you can whip up in a jiffy and consume as a snack in between meals. Due to the sweetness and great taste of this milkshake, it can also be served as a dessert drink after any meal.
Acai and kapikachu powders can be purchased online or at many health food stores. Kapikachu is also known as mucuna or velvet bean. It does not taste too great on its own, but when combined with fresh fruits, acai and other superfood powders, it can add a great flavor to the drink. It is known for its ability to increase dopamine, which in turn can help to reduce depression.
The recipe makes enough for one, but it can easily be increased to serve as many as needed.
Milkshake Ingredients:
1 cup Almond Nut Milk (How To Make Almond Milk)
1/2 cup Mango
2 medium Strawberries
1 tbsp. Acai Powder
1 tsp. Kapikachu Seed Powder
1/2 tbsp. Honey
Preparation:
Make the nut milk as instructed. Peel and cut enough mango to equal half a cup. You can remove the strawberry tops if desired or leave them on for extra nutrition.
Measure all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
