Finally a tomato and vegetable juice that you can enjoy! It does not have too many greens in it, which makes it an ideal juice for those just beginning on the raw food diet.
The juice does has a variety of vegetables in it, but the tomatoes and lemons help to off-set the earthy or green taste of them. You can always add in more tomatoes and lemons if desired. And if you can handle more greens, by all means add them in, as they are very good for you.
The recipe makes about 6 cups of juice.
5 Celery Stalks
1/2 English Cucumber
1/4 Bell Pepper
2 Broccoli Florets
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 to 1″ Ginger
1 Slice Onion
2 cups Cilantro
2 Lemons, peeled and seeds removed. (You can also squeeze the lemons in by hand).
1 tsp. Sea Salt (Optional).
Wash and prepare all ingredients. You can peel the lemons and remove the seeds, or, just squeeze the juice in by hand after the rest of the vegetables are done.
