This is a super easy raw recipe to make and enjoy as a snack at any time of the day. I actually enjoy this recipe as a meal and it fills me up rather nicely. But if you like variety then it is great for serving as a side dish with other raw meals.
The recipe calls for fresh basil and oregano, but if you do not have fresh herbs growing in your kitchen, then you can use dried herbs and just sprinkle them on to taste. The taste is just as great!
2-3 large tomatoes
1 Sprig Basil
1 sprig Oregano
Unrefined Sea Salt to taste
Chop the basil and oregano. Dice the tomatoes and in a medium bowl toss with the basil and oregano and sea salt.
